Position Overview:The Aggregation Lead is responsible for building, managing, and optimising Agriarche's field agent network to ensure the consistent and timely aggregation of agricultural commodities in volumes that fulfil confirmed buyer demand on the Kasuwa platform. The role sits within the Supply Chain team and is the critical link between smallholder farmers, field aggregation agents, and the warehouse ensuring that what buyers order on Kasuwa can be sourced, graded, and delivered. This is an operations-first role: success is measured by commodity volume, quality compliance, agent reliability, and fulfilment rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage aggregation agents across assigned territories.
• Translate buyer demand into aggregation targets and coordinate sourcing activities to meet volume, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor agent productivity, commodity volumes, quality compliance, and fulfilment performance.
• Ensure adherence to commodity handling standards, weighbridge documentation requirements, and agent payment procedures.
• Conduct field visits, compliance checks, and investigations into operational or quality issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aggregation performance reports and provide insights for network optimisation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless commodity movement and fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commodity aggregation, field operations, agent network management, or agricultural supply chain operations.
• Experience managing field agents or farmer-facing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of agricultural commodity quality standards and sourcing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in agri-commodity trading, aggregation, or structured trade environments is an advantage.
