Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand and Export Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the demand planning process and overseeing the export operations for our products in international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in demand forecasting and export management. Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning Management

• Develop and implement demand forecasting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather data and insights for accurate demand planning.

Market Analysis

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth in export markets.
• Identify growth opportunities in export markets.

Export Operations Oversight

• Manage all aspects of export operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and partners to enhance market presence.
• Enhance market presence through strategic partnerships.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and export activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Cross Functional Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of demand planning initiatives and export strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on best practices in demand planning and export management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, export management, or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and export regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with international clients and partners.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support export activities and client engagements.
