Position Overview:The Fulfillment Officer is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains proper stock control procedures, and supports smooth warehouse operations while adhering to company policies and safety standards. The Fulfillment Officer coordinates with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of materials and accurate record-keeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded on the Kasuwa Technology platform.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of agricultural commodities.
• Monitor stock movement and enforce FIFO practices.
• Investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies and losses.
• Prepare Weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Coordinate warehouse logistics, fumigation activities, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records.
• Supervise warehouse staff and casual workers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Experience within a commodity exchange, agri-commodity company, or structured trade environment.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or digital inventory platform (e.g. Kasuwa or equivalent).
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of export commodity documentation requirements like phytosanitary certificates, grading reports, certificate of origin will be an added advantage.
