Job Summary
This role will provide vital support to the organization’s talent goals and business partnerships as related to organizational development,
human resources, recruiting, culture, and employee satisfaction.

Scope and Responsibility

  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and implement the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly in terms of current and future personnel needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff when complex and sensitive issues arise.
    May be required to administer and execute routine tasks such as investigating allegations of misconduct, and ensuring penalties.
  • Manages the processes of talent acquisition, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants for professional positions; Collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Analyze salary and benefit trends. Conduct research and develop a competitive base and incentive pay schemes.
  • Create and follow through with learning and development programs and activities that provide employees with internal development possibilities.
  • Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations of employees.
  • Maintain federal, state, and local employment rules and regulations, as well as recommend best practices; analyze policies and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain current understanding of human resources, talent management, and employment law trends, best practices, regulatory
    changes, and new technology.
  • Create and implement HR plans and activities that are consistent with the overall business strategy.
  • Resolve demands, grievances, or other concerns, and can bridge the gap between management and employee relations.
  • Develop and oversee the organization’s overall HR strategy, methods, tactics, and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages excellent performance.
  • Understand the use of HR metrics to report to management and provide decision assistance.
  • Maintain legal compliance throughout the human resource management process.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
    Relevant professional certifications from a reputable professional institution (SPHR)
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
  • minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Human resources
